Purpose: This article is intended to help players determine how they can provide feedback to the development team of The Walking Dead: March to War and present their ideas about improving the game.
Have you come up with an idea or suggestion on how The Walking Dead: March to War can be even better? We appreciate any and all constructive feedback on what our players think we can do to improve the game. The best way to let us know is by sending us a support ticket, which you can either do here by clicking the "Submit a request" link in the top right (or clicking here) or via the in-game Contact Support option.
For more information about writing a support ticket, please refer to this help article: Filing a Support Ticket
When writing your feedback, please be sure to be as descriptive and clear as possible. Here are some items to consider when clarifying your ideas:
- Mention which existing mechanic this is referring to
- If this is an idea for an entirely new mechanic, make sure to establish what kind of feature it is as best you can (Player vs Player, Social, Story, etc.)
- Describe what kind of problem this would solve for you and others
All constructive feedback or suggestions submitted to the support team will be reviewed with the development team and may be taken into consideration when changing existing content or developing new features. However, not all feedback will result in a change being made as there are certain ideas that might conflict with the philosophy or flow of the design. Despite this, we welcome any and all perspectives, as they may still inform decisions that the developers make in the future.
